PYC are in discussions/negotiations with at least 10 of the top Pharma in the world. 3 deals signed with another 3 aimed to be hit by June 2012. Existing collaborations are slowly but steadily progressing well.
The closer we hit that 10 mark the closer it puts PYC towards achieving their goal of a trade sale.
We roughly have a guide of the acquisitions that have taken place within a period of two years in the biologics arena and the kind of figures achieved in that time. "Average valuation at acquisition of A$450m. 62% of companies acquired at pre-clinical stage."
Why do you think large Pharma are lining up to sign deals with us? Could it be because they recognise how world class our technology is and are possibly afraid of missing out on a collaboration with us? I have a feeling things are going to heat up in the 1st half of 2012.
My reasons for this are nicely articulated and shared by fellow member 'WaynesWorld'. I've spent the past few days re-reading many of his posts not only in this stock but another one that i also hold. I share similar views as he. Thank you Wayne.
