Hardman Resources Limited ("Company" or "Hardman") announces that it has
appointed JP Morgan Cazenove as its joint corporate broker in the United Kingdom
alongside its existing broker, Oriel Securities Limited.

The Company also announces that it is establishing a London office to be manned
by a small senior team.

Hardman Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Mr Simon Potter,
commented:

"The appointment of JP Morgan Cazenove further strengthens Hardman's presence in
the UK market pioneered by Oriel and will support the Company in its transition
to a significant exploration and production business.

The establishment of a London office will assist Hardman in managing its current
and future activities which are frequently conducted in Atlantic time zones and
territories which are remote from its Australian head office. The new London
office will also enable Hardman to establish a stronger presence for investor
relations in the UK."
