JV I believe Phusion to be dead as a dodo- and no bad thing- why share our revenues in the lucrative USA OTC with a 2nd party. The Phusion deal was an important one when POH had nothing much happening dealwise- POH earned a handy cashupfront and has since received further monies via a sale of 50% of its stock in Prophase Labs. Id be very pleased to see POH license the mooted 5 product range of teen skin care products and bank a much larger earn from this category then banging our heads against the Prophase boardroom table
