Pathetic response realy...still no mention as to when the site will be back up. I am applying today to open an account with Commsec and will transfer my shares from E*Trade across to them.
I have been an ANZ/E*Trade customer for almost 10 years but I am tired of feeling like this is my fault with no explanation from E*Trade as to when why or how it will be fixed.
It's a sad day for ANZ Banking and shared E*Trade services.

What does this mean anyway? Damn the rest? Why are so many people then complaining here about your service and why are E*Trade now worried enough to open a Hotcopper account and monitor what people are saying...I'm done...you have left me with no other option...
