Not sure how you arrive at your "twist and turn" statement, it is out of the same report you quoted a selective small section of.

Yes BLR has potential however it is still overcoming permitting hurdles, significant ones that have held it back for some time.

My eye is on BLR, but I won't be sitting waiting here any time soon. PEN was my first and last to spend so long waiting, however the rewards will come much sooner than BLR IMO.

A large resource in the ground will mean nothing to BLR without the required permitting. I want to see this path cleared of the ongoing negativity before I consider buying. It was the very same factor that steered me away from BLR by the new MD's namesake. A factor that came to fruition, that BLR would have major environmental hurdles to clear. The very same statement I was drowned down for sometime ago by BLR posters coming on the PEN thread saying it wouldn't happen, BLR was over 20c then.

Caveat emptor..and watch out for those rose coloured glasses ;-)
