    I totally agree with you. I am overseas and have no way of closing trades, we are at the mercy of a bunch of incompetents. I had to email them before they even offered an apology. Bell Direct/Commsec must be getting a lot of new customers. Ten days now and nothing in the newspapers yet when a bank's ATM's go down it is the news of the day.
