If i had to guess its probably something to do with SIOC-cdt agreement holding things up which in turn would hold up the financing.

If any of the management had a decent bone in their body, including Turvey, they'd start to come clean and tell us wtf is going on. Its hard enough to have paperlost so much money but they have strung us around for almost 12 months with a promise here and a promise there.
