certainly makes one concerned as to what is actually happening. CVI was good at releasing press releases that ultimately amounted to nothing and look where they ended. Yes pictures of the facility have been issued so there appears to be a material asset there BUT always delays which is not good for shareholders/investors. Makes one think that there are other material issues around which are being suppressed. Come on management provide a definitive statement for the sake of shareholders - what is really going on??.
