    How is this allowed as it cant be 90% of 3 day Vwap or 110% of past 10 days. Has anyone spoken to directors about this as this is the 2nd time they have issued shares to Bergen at a .3c?
    I guess we will see Bergen becoming substantial again before they dump there shares like a few days ago!
