POL APPLICATION has been approved by the technocrats from the various Govt Depts, the public have the opportunity to comment and any CREDIBLE objections will be considered when the application goes to the AEL (5 member) Board for the final decision re granting of the Pre-Op license, or otherwise.
Ok, so when is the next Board meeting after 20th Jan???
Important step as the technocrats have said OK but we still don't have a POL until final Board approval.
