Christmas appears to have been good to Sentient Executive GP II who are addressed in the Cayman Islands.
According to a "notice of change in interests of substantial holder", this organisation has received 10,000,000 shares on 29 December 2012 for the consideration of $1,500,000...which I make as a per share purchase price of 6.67 cents.
I am only to happy to be corrected if I am showing some ignorance here but I am holding some highly (UN)attractive options to buy shares at 40 cents next month and now an offer under a SPP to buy shares this month at 15 cents.
