The "premium" was in the context of dollar cost averaging. You and other rights holders paid 0.5c while Bergen have monthly dilution. Instead of converting the entire amount at low sp, the company rolled the dice and Bergen would need to pay up if the sp rose sharply. although their seems to be a lack of transparency in the calculation of vwap.
Im not sure Bergen has only a small amount left to be issued. Didn't ISN say this rights issue would offset the amount needed from Bergen?
What was the original plan from Bergen? $10.6mil? And now ISN have raised $4.6mil via rights issue. So their is still a need and difference beteween the two amounts. I would think they would announce a termination to Bergen deal if the rights issue had replaced Bergen in its entirity.
