My favourite stocks are sleepers.. poh has for the first time breached .20 since 08..this in my humble opinion is a 4 year significant break...
History tells us that the longer a stock sits under a resistants level the more significant the move..
Below i have depicted a long term chart..it clearly shows how significant the .20cent level is..
