Can I ask you plough on what you are basing the 'good job' being done by the Chairman?

Performance here is a disgrace, someone else mentioned an offer on the table (another one?), lets see where that goes, however in my opinion this company and its management either needs to get a contract and fast, and deliver on the promises of the last few years, or get new management that can and will make things happen.

New management with a track record of delivery.

shareholders are sick of waiting, sick of promises, and sick of increasing rewards for management that do not deliver.
