Theendgame, if you own 60% of a company you control the company and 60% of the company's assets belong to you.

If you own 1% of a company then 1% of the comapny's assets belong to you.

That is what investment and equity ownership is all about.

I never posted any crap such as a 60% equity owner rolling up to the company and demanding to promptly be given 60% of the company's gold.

I never posted any crap such as a 10% equity owner rolling up to the company and demanding to promptly be given 10% of the company's gold.

I never posted any crap such as a 1% equity owner rolling up to the company and demanding to promptly be given 1% of the company's gold.
