Share split was a great idea. As I suspect they planned they reduced the "price" per share to bring it under current qbiotics SP. It's worked a treat, 20% increase in SP and better liquidity.
Minor use permit avenue has basically been abandoned since the APVMA is scared to register an oncology drug for the first time. They indicated they would approve it but only to be used by specialist oncology vets, who have a vested interest in seeing the drug fail! INSTEAD Ecobiotics are exploring the compounding chemist route... This will see sales with the limitation of not being able to market the drug or for vets to actively recruit patients outside of their practice.
BTW anyone can now purchase the shares easily, see the CFM's email here http://www.ecobiotics.com.au/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=12&Itemid=15
