Swissboy- we can ony make assumptions about why Tony left but it certainly was a fast decision- will be interesting to see if Tony still holds PEN stock and i will be awaiting any potential SSH notice from the company- in terms of BLR they are a way off permitting and the like.

I would say that BLR has at least 3+ years before they will be staring at production and that is speculative and based on progress- the reason why tony joined - to give this a kick in the pants-

first hurdle is PFS study due out some time in 2012
