    Yea I agree PKN - I posted a few different NPVs way back when the first terms sheet was signed. I'm sure that if folks re-read my posts they would see that I 100% understand the value proposition here.

    And for Boofet... Go check out my posts on Aussie Stocks from 2007/2008, if they still have the archive stuff available, HC does not seem to.
