Pattp's valuation was from 2008. For mine I would use pattyp's valuation along with mine and the shaw report to suggest that $3 is a conservative fair value. Of course should Ld go ahead which the board thinks is likely this will derisk factors that have surrounded the company implying the beta used in the dcf calculation will see the sp north of $3
