shaws were using 200k production only plus high capex
and high opex.
In the Native Title Tribunal RWD used production of 500k
and Royalty rates increase to 1.5% on production above 600k
Also 1 MTPA has been suggested.
Therefore valuations like $3 on 200k using shaws report are
way off the mark.Try north of $10 on 500k and this doesnt
include valuable by-products.
Also remember production increases will have low % increases
in capex for solar evaporation(see compass minerals-Great
Salt lakes)
