Yep, if Bergen shares are held and the yanks start buying definitely game on. I would have hoped that US based management have some new friendly investors ready to put up some real cash to get the party started.
I agree and believe the usual takeover multiples apply and will probably only come at higher levels and after some market acceptance, but surely a resmed or others could well look at this mob as small change and think why not take out this technology now. ??? many inside resmed know the management and know that this is a world class product. Interesting to me that your figure of $200m is about what I thought they might be looking at in a couple of years.
