I still think the more likely outcome if pharmas impetus for Anitsense is building someone will just step in and aquire ISIS - i mean really it's still pocket change for the large cats with a MC under $1B still would make it very small in comparison to recent aquisitions & great value add for the entire portfolio if they see the value across the whole scope.

FWIW Biogen Idec have the most effective MS treatment to date Tsybari with 70% reduction in relapses far greater than others although there are significant risks 1/1000 - it was temporarily pulled by FDA then reinstated with the TOUCH program aswell as some unfavourable side effects as is the case with all MS drugs - the winner for MS will be a cure although who knows when/if that will ever come - all drugs now only provide at best modeest effects in slowing progression, there has really not been a long enough period for any of these to properly view the effects both positive & negative over time. Personally i take no drugs for that reason & strict diet & lifestyle change can make MS manageable, slow progression & rate of relapses.
