    Yep I Understand the entitlement. But the Entitlement application for is not attached to the revised rights issue offer document announced on the 23/12 (the initial rights issue had application form at end of document). And I will be on hollidays for next 3weeks. So how can I get the rights issue entitlement application form, can anyone tell me pls?
