    What you write is correct.

    I should clarify my earlier post. What I meant by Orbis having the whip hand was as a major shareholder they are in a better position to influence the Board than us small shareholders. Obviously this would not work if their interests were different to ours which in this case I do not believe to be the case. They also have more to lose and are better resourced.

    Completely agree. Lets hope management can turn this baby around.
