Its all good and you are welcome to invest when you see fit. The opportunity of acquiring parcels at $1 may or may not be available. I don't think they'll be available at the current SP. Thats the chance you take.
I don't think its right you compare investing in RWD like playing lotto though .. lol.. the odds are very good the LD Heritage survey will be completed. Seems to me a 90% chance...a lot better than 50% ...
