While the bid "may" represent an "honest" buy,I dont think so,the timing is to conveinant, to me, some-one is trying to keep it low IMHO,so as to aquire at a low price.

While I never offer advice,why would anyone sell at .11?
Surely that at worst case .11 cents is a third of where they will be shortly.

Buying into SER after the 2Oth IMHO is a waste of time, Uley will be off the table,so will megas cash for current SHrs,the next 2 and a bit weeks should see the SP up not down.
