Excellent post, whereu, full of worthwhile advice. Also a lesson for the AGW debate...

I'm probably best described as agnostic. I gave up believing in a superior individual pretty well as soon as I started thinking for myself. I believe in most of Jesus' teachings, but the Church dogma just leaves me totally cold, especially the idea that I am a "miserable sinner" needing redemption.

I find it hard to believe that the universe was just an accident, but have no strong conviction that it was anything else. If infinity is possible then all things are possible.
