The new company that HAW is spinning with the gold assets, will that company be 60% owned by LCY also?
LCY will own 60% of HAW but HAWGOLD will be a completely different entity and has not been mentioned in the agreement.
Once the $5m is paid to HAW then we should see some action....either Good or Bad.
