Oxycodone superseded? By what, pray tell?

The fact is that there is NO significant alternative to oxycodone that does not display the same constellation of side effects and abuse potential as oxycodone - or worse!

These are the two main issues that inhibit wider use of oxycodone. The POH patch addresses both these issues and will result in WIDER, not more limited dispensing of oxycodone (in TPM patch form), and lessen any perceived longer term pressure to develop an alternative drug.

Along the way, other opioids, like hydrocodone will also become candidates for TPM patch administration.

POH will get to milk this cow for decades, lopez, never fear. But, if you are genuinely concerned about this issue, I'd suggest you sell your shares (if you actually own any) while you can still get 20 cents for them.
