GGP has been summarised a few times recently. But another won't hurt the reassurance.
In a post last week I mentioned that GGP would be the ideal holding for people who have little interest in the stock market but seek a share to hold @ minimal cost and with potential in the very ST to turn their investment around by 3 or 4 times or more.
So investing $10-12k buying 500000 shares could result in a payback of $40-50k in a very short period of time.
That is life-changing for many people! The investment amount is very gettable even if it has to be added to the home loan - interest is tax deductable anyway.
