Pretty standard stuff they need to the ability to move at short notice if a situation arose or an opportunity presents itself.
Its not in Managements interest to exersize this on a whim as it dilutes there shares as well, but if something arose like more land for example it may be worthwhile and hopefully at a much higher shareprice.
sometimes you just have to trust managements judgement if we didnt we wouldnt have what we have now.
