Good to see your recent postings - they are IMHO always insightful....it has been a while since the BEPPA days :)

This one is shaping up as a stoush too...but does not have the time pressure on financing we faced at BEPPA.

Orbis have a fair amount of skin (via PPX) in the game so I would have thought any buy back scheme would have been designed to lift PPX price and potentially produce PPX dividends.

Agree with your sentiment that PPX need to get the fundamentals (ie profit) right otherwise all appears futile for PPX holders.

IMHO anything PPX come up with to take out the PXUs would have a +'ve effect on PXU price - but this has not been evident.
