    Hey Seagull.

    When stewing the ingredients, do you leave the lid on the pan, or do you leave it on for a while, then remove the lid to let the concoction reduce?

    I should ask Mum I suppose.

    She lives in Tassie, and is an Organic Gardening, Bottling and Pickling Whiz.

    Mum makes a sort of Mustard Pickles, but with Curry instead of the Mustard.

    It's awesome on a Ham, Cheese, Avocado and Garden Salad Sandwich.

    And she make Pickled Onions!!!

    Mum's the best Cook IMO.

    Just like everyone else's Mum of course!

    Tell your Mum she's the best.
