So the answer to who told you this is an article from who knows how along ago, giving dates that have come and gone.

In fact 17 January 2012 is the last date before they fail their exploration agreement.

"Under the PSAs, as amended, the First Exploration Agreement has been extended for a further 12 months, from January 17, 2011 to January 17, 2012."

And according to you. This proves Puntland will happen.????

"Under the amended PSAs Africa Oil is obligated to spud a minimum of one exploratory well in the Dharoor Valley Exploration Area by July 27, 2011." [FAIL]

Thought you would have had enough of getting egg on your face from giving alllllll these types of dates on the NKP thread. Which have just ended in pump and dumps.

So on the 17 Jan. They will loose the lease or get a hole in the grow in a country that have a Gov the UN does not recognize with war lords that could change at a drop of a hat, in a area with no facilities.
