For sure, either Tullow and/or AOI would have released such information!
Drill start is planned for January but (at least IMHO) has not happened as yet.
"Technically" a totally different area of KENYA and hence no direct influence on PCL, naturally. However, increasing awareness of KENYA being a new "hot spot" within East Africa (itself a new hot spot region) might lead to some more recognition of what is in store for PCL later on in 2012. All JIMHO, of course.
