IMO if this was a duster, you'd have the likes of eagle spruiking their inside knowledge, sorry, educated guess for us poor hapless fools.
Conversely, there is no build up of buyers or sellers prior to the TH which usually happens when there is a whiff of news one way or the other. Nothing can be taken from JH's comments, he is clearly playing a straight bat.
Whatever happens, I don't see a smooth and steady increase in the SP. This will continue to be a white knuckle ride for some time to come, one way or another.
