Hi Trees and others - most people would waste $10k over a year or 2. Holidays, coffees, pub, inept buying of things, feel good things for themselves. I'm only taking a line through my own family - now in mid 30's - one has started a share portfolio and has borrowed to get some of them, the other 2 are wishing they could do the same but, alas, they are very wasteful with their incomes.
How many on this forum actually have a budget and stick to it and review it?
I'm from the school of hard knocks so probably a bit more discerning about where I spend my $'s.
But that's just my point of view - obviously 2 of my kids don't listen to me anyway!
Oh well, life goes on. Could be worse!
