Have a look at the latest release which speaks of the 'finalisation' of the Loan Facility.

When the announcement is read it shows that far from being finalised the only thing that has happened is that they have got the lender to release $2M, obviously to tide them over temporarily.

They still don't have the $8M.

Also they do not disclose what conditions attach to the $2M or what hoops they have to jump to get the $8M.

This sort of behaviour just does not help sp confidence.
