I now have a vested interst in Property but I also am realistic I have many other stories that you could get out of me if you unsure of what is happening in general to property prices but in a few sentences I can sum it up.
Greedy speculators pushed prices too steep, way more than sanity was willing to pay. The music has stopped and has done for the next decade. Thats all there is too it. No need to get agitated prices are tanking and will do for a long while yet imo they have a lot further to fall.
Why I buy? Well sometimes you just need a roof over your head you know and for me now was the time. Rented for 6 years so I am familiar with it and It was a good experience.
Got a few hundred K's off my block so I am happy. Better spending time with family than bickering whether my story is real or not. I know where things sit at the end of the day and so do many others on here to the game is up absolute sham.
