That article adresses the mechanism by which floors collapsing exerted irresistable forces on the floors below. That is obvious and not in dispute.

What is in dispute is the claim that the heat load caused the metal to soften and hence give way, leading to the floors collapsing as mentioned above.

If you were functionally literate you would be able to read the articles you post to see what they really say.
