I have read (somewhere; if called I will endeavor to find it) that CMR can get original up as it is not a new mine, so you may be correct. I would imagine tho that they may be targeted hard because of earilier mess (not by CMR).

It would be handy if someone came out with a press release after election letting us know what their go is, seems to be a lot who are surmising but dont know.

Mcfarlane is pretty adamant re mining of U, he says "...were going full pelt on uranium."
I have to say it is a tricky one and I hope someone clarifies things or something happens quickly.
