You're damn right it does, $30m funding now $40m, 33% increase with no explanation, further detail about DMS plant - the fact that it was ordered "some time ago" from the US, finance now hoped for by end of quarter, rather than the down to two financiers, pretty much a done deal. We regressed to 3 - 4 months with a requirement for interim finance which surely has to be a CR. WTF!!!

All the hopes about PEPR being required as a formality to obtain debt finance is BS. F this company and it's lack of either competence and/or ability to communicate realistically. This has happened too often for the company to always be a victim of circumstances, these guys now have a well established track record of over promising and under delivering.

Not happy in the slightest.
