Any other company with free cash that takes the gold potential of BSM seriously (as obviously PGI would) could be strongly tempted to make a bid of some kind sooner rather than later, bearing in mind the paltry current market cap. If things go well this year polymetallic-wise then the SP could end the year significantly higher, making any acquisition far more expensive. Personally, though, I'd settle right now for some sort of update as to how things are going on the production and exploration fronts. Each time a 'news' icon appears it becomes more and more frustrating when it turns out to be unrelated to P and E. Maybe tomorrow? Three weeks' time certainly.
