Why not let the N farms go?

Using my imagination....i say

Those farms might bestow a section 104 right with all is privledges on..... a hazey area, in my mind...
IS it parts of farms which then because a right cannot be divided ....could cover like an umbrella, all farms...of one project....or if connected to other farms?..more?
Removal of a middle farm might exclude others?

Could this umbrella gazump others claims?? but the owners/104s still own that % of the "project" that they are entitled to...
ie they dont own 100% of the 'project' but their 104 covers all its area??
Something in the Sishen case makes me think this way...
Could be totally wrong, too.

Patience is a virtue and speculation, chatting, imagining wont make it so...Just thinking....

Anglo may have traded MD to get BEE credits... but RPM was the rights holder and should have been compensated and so ARM have missed out via their RPM JV ???

Not knowing agreement terms or details doesnt help.
