    re: Ann: IronClad places $6 million to Hong K... And it looks like Rambleon was probably right. Trafford bought to maintain their %, obviously paying less than 80c/share.

    Placing stock at a good premium is welcome news but still not as good as debt funding. Investors wanting a big slice should learn to pay up on market! Why force the price up unnecessarily when you can go through the back door.
