I agree with Iona.

200 for 1 is ok if PPX at $0.50.

If I recall correctly, if PPX taken over (ie a change of control event) then PXU's must be redeemed for cash or coverted to PPX ....at the PXU holder option (I think?).

Should theoretically bring $100 in to play for PXU holders - but would expect this to be negotiated and I think this would also need a vote by PXU holders.
