SandBagger, I very much respect your opinion but there are only 2.4 million shares on offer out of 333 million. Less than negligible IMO ... about .007 per cent according to my calculator.

If you're a long-term holder of SER , as I am, would you sell right now, just as something is about to happen?

Why is nobody buying? I don't know, of course, but IMO because there are so many people in exactly the same boat as me .. still confident but not prepared to splash out any more hard-earned.

I have held SER since it was EBR and it was down to 2c a share. I almost sold a million times but decided there was no point at that price. So why sell now?

I and - I suspect - so many others are waiting for January 23, the day of the meeting when shareholders vote on the demerger and the first positive step in ages.

I'm looking at that date as the day when we will get some sort of clue about which way the SP will jump as I hope questions will be asked of management at that meeting

As I said in another thread, I believe you'd have to be mad or desperate for cash to sell right now.

As it happens, I'm both of those and hardly an expert on these things.

So I just hope I'm right and you're wrong. Only time will tell, so fingers crossed.

    John
