Perhaps you should ask Westpac why 42% is so bad that they managed to made a school boy error of stating 31% instead.
You should ask them.
You should also ask APRA why they are so angry if it has no material impact on the risk profile of the loans.
I know mortgage stress folks being evicted but I don't knwo any personally.
Whereas I know tonnes of property flippers making an exit. Many have multiple investment mortgages that are about to go seriously BAD.
