i think it was down 40% last monday and tuesday in perth and brissy but recovered by friday for a net gain of 2%
meanwhile rents fluctuated in a 20% rage finishing flat in all capitols
i did talk to a rich friend of mine who bought a house valued at 1.4 mill for around 700k but he had to clean it--so that house crashed
