    Cl 20 in my copy of the PXU PDS pertains to definitions. Which terms are you referring to?

    Hope u r right re PPX trading out of the situation, but if PPX holders face a potential $0 outcome they would probably jump at 3c (which BBI holders did) even though it is extremely unpalatable and undeserved.
